Man, what a summer it's been. Probably the most boring I've ever had. Seriously, nothing exciting happened except for maybe near the end. Anyways, if it wasn't for my Xbox breaking BEFORE summer started, I could have more fun since I would've played Rock Band earlier and actually buy Soul Calibur IV when it came out. But instead, I waited 2 freakin' months for Microsoft to get it, repair it, find out they couldn't repair it, and send me a new xbox. Oh well, I have it now, and that's all that matters.

What else happened this summer... I worked, that happened. Like, a lot though, so I was all tired and cranky all the time like I am now pretty much. So far, I've saved up about $1.2k for this summer. College is going to be great, I can't wait to move away. Just one more year though...

Actually, besides doing nothing, I got together with some friends for some LAN (Local Area Network) parties, and we'd play DotA (Defenders of the Ancients). The first time I played, I was pretty uncomfortable, since I don't play strategy games and I haven't played Warcraft 3 before. I got used to it though, and I got pretty good with some of the heroes too. I usually liked to use Agility heroes, I had the most fun with them cuz even though I didn't hit for much, I still got a lot of critical hits often and pretty fast since I would boost up my hero with a bunch of Attack Speed. All in all, I had a lot of fun screaming at each other as to how much of a bitch they'd be for killing my hero.

I also played WoW this summer... For all you jerks out there who think it's the "Devil's game", seriously, lighten up. It's not fair to call it that. It's still a video game like ANY OTHER GAMES YOU PLAY pretty much. The only difference in it is it's for computer, and you pay monthly fees. That's it. You guys, can be addicted to some other game you like and stuff. Seriously, I hate it when people judge things when they haven't even played it. I had lots of fun playing the game, and no, I didn't spend 15 hours a day playing WoW like some users. I'm more of a "more-then-casual" player. I got to level 60 though, I'm pretty happy about that. The funny thing is, as soon as I hit 60, I haven't played much at all. Maybe it's because I'm back to school, maybe it's because I have to catch up on my console gaming, maybe it's because I'm safe until December 21st before my account expires. Lol Anyways, I gotta get back to playing soon since a guildy help pay for my Epic Mount and Epic Mount training which added up to a total of 595 gold. I felt so broke after. I couldn't even afford any of the new spells I could get. So I gotta save up for my spells, then pay him back. He said no rush, but I still feel rushed. I also gotta start working on my Battlegrounds Twink. He's only lvl 25 and there are still a few items I have to get for him.

Anyways, enough about WoW. So, my dance teacher asks me to edit the video since I said I could do it for her. The video being the Year End Show we had in June. It was a blast, we had a lot of fun and I can't wait to go for another year in Tap and this time Jazz. So, I said I'd edit the video, and, well, I did. The problem was, I couldn't edit for the first month, because I got these disks that I couldn't get the footage off of. So I didn't get another disk with all of the footage on it till almost Mid-August. So, every now and then, I'd put in a good hour every night I had the chance, meaning when I felt like it lol. Not until 4 days I had to have it done did I really start cramming. I got 10 hours of sleep 1 weekend, it was great. Thank god I got paid and bought a lot of energy drinks. I wouldn't have done it without it. So anyways, every now and then, the program would crash on me and I'd have to re-edit some parts, but all in all it was a good experience. And then, I finished. The editing was finally done, and all I had to do was the credits. The credits didn't take much effort at all. And then, I was officially finished. Then, I had to burn a master copy of the DVD, so I took my dad's huge spool of blank DVDs and went into iMovie, picked a menu, attached the movie to it to do a test burn and burned it. And so, I was all excited and thought, finally, I'm done. But, something happened. The movie didn't work. Then, I started to panic. I tried iMovie a few more times, and then gave up on that, so I tried out Adobe DVD Encore, a program I from the Adobe Master Collection. It turns out thought, that I had to make everything and set everything by hand. I had to, make the menus, make the chapters and all that. It sucked, I spent 4 hours I could've spent burning and stuff just making menus. And so, I finish with that, and I'm all happy, because I put a lot of work into it. But, again, the footage never worked!!!! I was so mad, sad, and I'm sure Lina was mad and sad. I spent the next, 3-4 days after I said I'd have it done, finding out what the hell had happened. It turns out, my MacBook doesn't support DVD+R. No. That's what I've been using the whole time. I had to use a DVD-R. Those worked. When I found that out, I finally burned my master copy and she picked it up. The next day, I got a card from her. It said the stuff you'd expect like thank you for your hard work, I'll remember this forever, etc etc. And along with it, a check for $1000!!! XD I was so happy when I got that money. All my hard work paid off, and I got paid for it. And then, the next couple days, I deposited it, and picked up a PS3. It's pretty awesome. I also got the Special Edition of The Nightmare Before Christmas on Blu-ray. It looked pretty awesome when I was watching it.

Anyways, I think I'm done. I gotta get to school now. So, ttfn!
